Registration Night has passed, but completed registration forms we be gladly accepted. Registrations received after April 15, 2011 MUST be accompanied by a $25.00 cheque for late registration.
Use one of the links below to download the Registration Form and complete the form. Please turn in all registration forms and cheques at the Town of Unity Office.
